南北贸易、产品创新与发展中国家制造业集聚*

摘要

通过将发展中国家的制造业集聚置于南北贸易与世界产品周期运动的过程中而研究其性质及演变规律, 可以发现: 在南北贸易中, 发展中国家制造业集聚具有劳动密集型中间产品部门偏向的特征, 发达国家制造业集聚具有技能(要素) 偏向的特征; 北方创新率和南方模仿率的变化会通过北方差异产品部门和研发部门中人力资本配置的变动影响着南北产品种类数和发展中国家制造业集聚的经济效应; 政府的干预政策也会对发展中国家制造业集聚产生影响, 即当发展中国家政府对R & D部门实施补贴时南方的相对产品种类数增加, 当国际知识产权保护加强时南方的相对产品种类数则会下降。
