摘要

在中国乡村工业化的过程中, 产生了许许多多专门从事某种特定行业或职业的专业村。专业村的整合与发展有其独特的面相。这一独特的面相就是其成员之间具有高度的同质性———从事相同的职业、做相同的产品、面对同一个市场等等, 但这并不意味着他们就是一个利益共同体。专业村内部利益纽带的缺失是专业村之所以出现整合困境的根本原因。

Abstract

In the process of China's rural industrialization there have emerged a lot of specialized villages that deal in certain business or trades.Their integration and development has a distinct character.That is, the members of a specialized village community are highly homogenous; they are specialized in the same job and same product, and are confronted with the same market.However, this does not mean that it is just an interest community.The lack of interest ties within the specialized village community is an essential cause for its reorganization predicament.
