摘要

普通话与北京话到底是什么关系: 普通话究竟是现代汉民族的共同语还是标准语?普通话在当今的汉语社会生活中应该具有怎样的社会功能?方言小品热对普通话的社会交际效能提出了什么问题?这些都是在新时期中普通话工作不能不关注的课题。

Abstract

This paper focuses on the essential character of Putonghua and its actual situation in current social life, indicating that Putonghua is the standardized dialect of modem Chinese language.This paper also makes an analysis of its necessary social function in Chinese social life.Further, with its development the paper makes two suggestions on how to bring full play to its effects in social communications.
