企业社会资本在对智力资本的支持、对智力资本替代与转移特性的影响、对智力资本开发过程的促进等方面具有重要作用; 企业社会资本一方面通过与智力资本的有效互动提高智力资本的应用效益, 另一方面通过与智力资本的整合, 对企业创新过程产生积极影响, 提高企业创新能力, 从而提升企业核心竞争力。因此, 实现智力资本与社会资本的有机整合应成为智力资本管理的基础, 从社会资本的视角对智力资本战略进行重新思考, 具有重要意义。
