摘要：

全球化经济的快速发展对国际直接投资提出了种种自由化的要求, 这些要求与理论的发展相结合, 正迅速地通过国际法形式表示出来。国际投资法的单边、双边、区域层面上的自由化趋势日渐明显, 但现有的国际投资多边立法仍然难以适应全球化经济发展以及国际直接投资快速发展的需要, 国际社会需要完善国际投资法律体系以满足投资自由化的需要。

Abstract:

The international investment laws are adaptive to the present situation of investment. In recent years liberalization of international investment is the main tendency of international investment laws. Liberalization has become a great mark of development of international legislation for global investments. However, if liberalization of international investments goes too fast, those developing countries will be harmed. A multilateral investment legal system should be established to make up the gap of shortage of international investment legislation.
