摘要：

由于理论前提的截然不同, 传统国际贸易理论与国际直接投资理论是不相容的。尽管许多学者对两个理论的融合进行过积极的尝试, 但成果并不显著。在已有研究成果的基础上, 如果重拾长期被新古典经济学忽视的国际分工思想, 并把这一思想沿着杨小凯等人的思路进行展开, 那么, 国际贸易理论和国际直接投资理论就将融合在统一的分析框架之中。

Abstract:

Tracing back to researches in international trade theories and international direct investment theories, this paper, drawing heavily on preceding researches, takes up the thread of international division of labor that is neglected by neo-classical economics, and develops it following X. Yang's approach. This paper intends to incorporate researches on international trade and direct investment theories into a unified analytical framework.
