摘要:
绿色供应链管理能否激励清洁技术创新,且不同身份企业在此方面是否存在清洁技术创新差异,现有文献对此尚未形成系统性研究成果。有鉴于此,选取中国市场147个本土企业和343个外资企业面板数据,深入考察在中国同一市场环境中不同身份企业绿色供应链管理的清洁技术创新效应差异性问题,结果发现:(1)绿色供应链管理对本土企业与外资企业的清洁技术创新激励效应呈现非对等性,外部制度距离和内部管理维度差异是造成这一效应差异的原因。(2)外资企业内部绿色供应链管理的清洁技术创新效应存在异质性,其中劳动密集型、清洁生产型与外商独资企业绿色供应链管理的清洁技术创新效应更强。由此可见,政策干预应关注企业绿色供应链管理对环境干预的敏感度。
