Abstract

Abstract:

The combinations of different organizers and objects of financial regulation and supervision may constitute different models of financial regulation and supervision. Through a comparative study of different subject models and organization models of financial regulation and supervision, this paper argues that our country should gradually establish a specialized and functional model of financial regulation and supervision on the basis of a union of centralization and decentralization.
