Abstract: With the interpretation of Lukács Gyørgy Bernát and Western Marxism,New Dialectic school and Japanese Marxism,the "reification" has been a focus in contemporary studies of Marxist philosophy. In discussing "reification",the chapter of "Commodity" in Das Kapital is the most referred text,in which the term "reification"is usually used with "Sache","Ding" and "Gegenstand". By examining the process of composition and textual contents,we can find that the chapter of "Commodity" constitutes the starting point of narrative in the three volumes of Das Kapital. Moreover,the sector of fetishism in this chapter plays a particular role of "montage" in leading readers to move from the abstract to the concrete and grasp the capitalist mode of production both historically and logically.
