Nixon and the American Red Scare Tendency in the Post-War period

Abstract:

This paper studies three characteristics of the Red Scare in the peak of the Cold War. Nixon as a politician who entered into the American political arena at this time, his political thought and view were deeply influenced by the social situation but his action pushed this trend in turn. My objective is to reveal the interaction between the politician and the social situation in which they grew up.
