摘要：

就目前世界各国中具有代表性的国际收支调节模式即美国模式和日本模式而言, 一国的国际收支调节模式应依据有关理论并主要按照本国国情、经济基础和经济发展阶段而制定。今后10年, 我国的用汇需求将有增无减, 而外汇来源却不容乐观。作为处于经济起飞阶段的发展中大国, 我国应选择切实可行的国际收支调节的近期目标和中长期目标, 以促进经济健康、稳定和可持续发展。

关键词: 国际收支, 调节模式, 经常项目, 资本项目

Abstract:

As regards the representative models of adjustment of balance of payment in the world, namely, American Model and Japanese Model, the model of adjustment of balance of payment of a country should be formulated according to the theory concerned and the condition, the economic base, the period of economic development. In the coming decade, China's demand for foreign exchange will be increasing constantly, but the supply will be restricted. As a big developing country in the period of economic takeoff, China should select the feasible short-term and long - and - medium - term objectives of adjusting balance of payment to promote the sound, stable, and sustainable development of economy.
