摘要： 《辩证唯物主义讲授记录稿》是冯契1956年2月-1957年5月在华东师范大学的讲课记录，迄今尚未全文收入《冯契文集》（增订版）。相较于同期影响较大的斯大林、艾思奇等版本的辩证唯物主义体系，《记录稿》无论是在会通融合马克思主义哲学、中国哲学与西方哲学方面还是在辩证唯物主义具体原理的阐述方面，都极具个性特色与创新意义，堪称冯契推进马克思主义哲学中国化的第一个系统化成果。此外，《记录稿》对后来"智慧说"三篇的若干核心论题进行了初步讨论，在事实上也可视作冯契建构自己哲学体系的最初尝试。

Abstract: The Transcript of FENG Qi's Lectures on Dialectical Materialism is the record of a series of lectures given by FENG Qi at East China Normal University from February 1956 to May 1957. It has not yet been included in the second and expanded edition of the Collected Works of Feng Qi(11 vols.) published in 2016. Compared with other contemporaneous versions of the system of dialectical materialism, the Transcript shows FENG's own personal style and great originality in both integrating Marxist, Chinese and Western philosophical traditions and expounding on some fundamental principles of dialectical materialism. It could be treated as FENG's first systematic achievement in the sinicization of Marxist philosophy. It is also FENG's first attempt to construct his own system of philosophy due to the fact that it includes preliminary discussions on some core issues in his "doctrine of wisdom".
