摘要：

20世纪80年代以来, 世界出口额与上年累计外商直接投资额高度正相关, 但这并不能说明国际贸易与国际直接投资之间是促进关系而不是替代关系。探讨国际贸易与国际直接投资的双向作用机制, 适合于进行微观分析, 即应当根据企业的理性决策, 构建恰当的代数模型进行深入探讨。微观模型分析不仅解释了国际直接投资与国际贸易的双向关系, 而且也表明了在两者双向作用而使世界经济联系更趋紧密的过程中, 跨国公司处于中心地位。

Abstract:

The basis of interaction of internal trade and internal direct investment is connected with decision-making. This paper suggests that international direct investment can replace old internal trade, lead to new internal trade, and change the configuration of internal trade.
