摘要：

中国共产党对执政地位的认识是逐步深化的。首次形成执政党概念是在中共八大会议上。这个概念明确起来具有多方面的历史原因。中共八大围绕着执政党建设的问题, 阐述了许多极其重要的思想。这些思想对于理解和坚持“三个代表”的重要思想, 深化执政党建设规律的研究, 有着深刻的现实意义。

Abstract:

The CPC' s recognition of the Party in power has had a gradually deepening process. The conception of the Party in power was first set forth in the 8 th National Congress of the Party. It was made clear due to many historical reasons. Focusing on the construction of Party in power, the 8th Congress of CPC advanced many extremely significant thoughts which have shown their importance in sticking to the theory of ' Three Represents and furthering explorations of constructing regularity of Party in power.
