An Analysis of Economic Globalization in the Perspective of Political Economics

Abstract:

Economic globalization is based on the out - of - date international political economic pattern. Developed countries are the dominant part of economic globalization. The essence of this kind of economic globalization brings negative influences to developing countries. From the point of trade globalization such globalization will lead to "poverty increase" in developing countries. From the point of investment liberalization the economic sovereignty of developing countries will be menaced. From the point of financial liberalization the financial security of developing countries will be challenged. China belongs to a developing country, so its guiding principles must be clarified under the condition of economic globalization: unifying home markets in trade, developing home enterprises in attracting foreign capital, and improving money supply mechanism and money conduct mechanism in opening finance.
