Abstract:

The Constitution judicialization is to bring Constitution interpretation and Constitution supervision into the category of judicial power. The problem of the Constitution judicialization has aroused common concern among scholastic circle in China recent years. It almost becomes the tendency of Constitution development. However, several important theoretical problems haven't been solved.This article explains the connotation of Constitution judicialization by comparison, points that essential accesses to Constitution judicialization are the transformation of the regulation way, the regulation mode, the supervision subject and so on, and reestablishes Constitution regulation norms on the basis of above.
