Abstract:

In the first half of 20^th century, Western sociological jurisprudence had a great impact on Chinese legal ideas and practices.By describing some specific influences of Western sociological jurist Pound on Chinese social jurisprudence, this paper tries to inquire into changes of Western sociological jurisprudence after its introduction into China, thus understanding the tendency of law transition in modern China.
