Abstract: The question of real estate price is a focus of society. With the economic development, the urban real estate price has increased rapidly in recent years, but the levels and increasing rates are varied among different cities. The object of this article is to analyze some factors which induce this difference among cities. HLM (Hierarchical Linear Model) is applied to make research on this topic for middleclass cities in China, and some meaningful results are obtained.
