Abstract: As far as the returning obligation of adverse possession is concerned, what should be returned is essentially not the tangible form but the special property interest of the original possessions. Since such property interest can exist in the property in a changed form, property right remains unless there is no property of any changed form, which is also the object of returning obligation of adverse possession.
