Based on an inheritance of the traditional Confucian people-first idea, Huang Zongxi pushed it forward to its extreme and even went beyond its traditional limit in his work entitled A Ming Barbarian Waiting for a Visitor, owing to his reflections on historical lessons about the fall of the Song and Ming dynasties and his own special experience as a descendant of"Men of the Donglin Party."He dispelled the monarchy's automatic legitimacy and absolute divinity, and denied the idea of superior sovereign and inferior subject. He set to consider the question of how to condition power by power in the political institution.Hence, Huang Zongxi's political thought could be regarded as a beginning from the peo- ple-first idea toward democracy.

    Truth, Contingency and Modernity

If the peculiar relationship between truth's absolutism and relativism can be called "truth's antinomy, " many philosophical issues over recent several decades of years aim at solving this antinomy. Hilary Putnam, Karl-Otto Apel and Jurgen Habermas all seem to say that absolutism of truth does not necessarily lead to metaphysics, whereas Richard Rorty attempts to say that criticisms of truth's absolutism do not necessarily result in relativism. Through an analysis of the above-mentioned two parties' debates on truth, those inherent relations among truth, contingency and modernity can be observed.

Through a review of Max Weber's thought, Habermas expounds an inherent connection between modernity and"disenchantment"of religion and theology and Western rationalism.According to him, both Weber's view of intention-instrumental rationality and modern subjective philosophy's overstatement on self-consciousness are partial.Meanwhile, Habermas criticizes post-modem philosophy's turning to non-rationalism.He learns something from Schiller's aesthetics, seeking to save modemity thruugh further enlightenment of rationality and construction of communicative rationality.

As an important component of the entire rural social security system, the rural social aid system should possess a crucial position in the construction of our country's rural social security system. In the past twenty years its establishment was neglected more or less in our country's emphasis on strategic goals of economic reconstruction and social stability. However, under the current guidance of new development targets of "people-first, building up of a harmonious socialist society" and "building of a new socialist countryside, " the development of the rural social aid system is meeting a new opportunity. In accordance with our countryside's characteristics, we should focus on setting up a relatively comprehensive and system-coordinated rural social aid system, especially as soon as possible setting up a rural basic livelihood aid system including the system of rural residents' subsistence allowances and the system of "five allowance households."

This paper uses a geographic concentration index and expert diversification index to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between geographical concentration and exporting instability of China's textile. The analytical conclusion indicates that the exporting instability of China's textile is mostly caused by fluctuations of the Asian market since Claim's expert of textile concentrates on the Asian region. The instability can be partly counteracted by exporting to other continents.Due to a high correlation of fluctuating trends and their own instability, the stabilizing function of expanding European and American markets is limited. However, the exporting instability will fall greatly through adjusting the export geographic structure and developing new market, especially the African market.

The statement that"literature reproduces the world"has had a long history and diverse stating forms, but now it is confronted with some challenges out of post-modem contexts. The two primary responsive tactics in the new-century literary theory consist in a reinterpretation of"reproduction"and a reinterpretation of"reality(the world)".They both timely draw on certain elements of post-modem thoughts, but are somewhere ambiguous or contradictory in their meanings. The root lies in a deep break between modem and post-modem and a difficulty in reconcilability. This paper postulates to use the theory of"three worlds"to detail the implication of"the world, "and further expounds the rationality and implication of the statement that"literature reproduces the world."

In iris Poems on Aspiration, Ruan Ji metaphorically took the"Garden of East"as an imperial cemetery since Huang Di's(Yellow Emperor)"Garden of East", the Western Han emperor Xuan Di's Du Mausoleum and the Mout of Shouyang where Cao Pi and Sima Yi were buried, all had to do with legends of phoenix. The key to understand the first two verses in Ruan's third poem on aspiration lies in that he compared"Ji Sun Shi"to Cao's Kindom of Wei. For Ruan Ji, Cao's regime was only a grave whose own diggers had been produced by itself.
