Abstract:

The normalization of the instrument for administrative enforcement of law includes the normalization of the name, the class, the process of execution, and the object, of the instrument for administrative enforcement of law. The restriction of the instrument for administrative enforcement of law is an indispensable link in our administrative government by law. We must strengthen a legal control over the instrument for administrative enforcement of law so as to systemize the employment of the instrument, to make the instrument correspond to the authority of administrative subject, to program the operation of the instrument, and to locate the responsibility of improper employment of the instrument.
