摘要：

随着苏联的解体, 俄罗斯联邦开始了全面的社会转型。俄联邦政治体制的变迁中, 不同的社会政治力量在国家权力体制的构建中猛烈的交锋撞击, 上演了一幕幕惊心动魄的政治悲喜剧。权力体系重构的动态过程中, 新旧体制的互不相容导致了难以避免的冲突, 俄主要的权力机关围绕着权力架构的核心支配地位展开了激烈的争夺, 代表各种利益的政治力量又加剧了政治冲突的对抗性。

Abstract:

With the USSR's disintegration the Russian Federal began its overall social transformation. In the transition process of the Russian Federal political system different socio - political powers contend and coUide each other for framing the national power system, and perform a series of political tragedies and comedies. In the process of reconstructing the power system the rejections between new and old institutions give rise to their unavoidable conflicts. The major Russian authorities unfold fierce struggles for power, and political forces representing different interests aggravate the political antagonism.
